Training Schedule

NOTE: Drysuits are required for any dives done in the open water between the dates of November 15th and May 1st. Additional training is required for the use of a drysuit. Northeast Scuba offers a Drysuit course, and has drysuits available for rent to those trained.

Drysuit training is required as a part of any training course during the dates listed above if the class will include open water dives. We are happy to integrate drysuit training with the Open Water course.

Northeast Scuba recomends all divers take Nitrox training. We have a special tuition for nitrox courses combined with other specialty certifications. Learn how to maximize your dive time while minimizing your exposure to nitrogen.

All class dates are based on availability of instructors and students. The dates are subject to change as necessary.

Open Water: (introductory) Classes, attend two nights a week for three weeks. Classes begin on the following dates: Aug. 10, Sept. 13, Oct. 12, Nov. 1, Dec. 6

Open Water Intensive: (entire course in one weekend): Aug. 21, Sept. 11, Sept. 25, Oct. 9, Oct. 23, Nov. 6, Nov. 20, Dec. 4, Dec. 18

Refresher: Call to schedule.

Advanced Open Water: (course may be done over 2 weekends): Aug. 14, Sept. 18, Oct. 16

Rescue Diver: Aug. 24, Sept. 22, Oct. 19

Nitrox: Click on PADI banner on home page and register to do online and then come in to finish practical part.

Dry Suit: Aug. 11, Sept. 22, Oct. 21, Nov. 8, Dec. 15

Emergency O₂: Sept. 14, Nov. 15

Divemaster Orientation: Oct. 4

Emergency First Responder: (course may be done over 2 nights at discretion of instructor) Aug. 16/17, Sept. 8/9, Oct. 6/7, Nov. 9/10, Dec. 13/14

Equipment Specialist: Aug. 18/19, Nov. 16/17

Deep Diver: Sept. 11/12, Oct. 2/3
